Henry Will, is technologist and leader. He has experience in programming in several programming languages, several patents and formerly was a PMI certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM from Scrum Alliance).

Henry specializes in PMO and Agile project methodologies managing teams that deliver AI, cloud, and software application development projects in finance, mortgages, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, transportation, and pension funds. He is a public speaker and a volunteer with several organizations in leadership roles, coaching, teaching, and mentoring. Mr. Will is is also involved in professional networking.

Unique things Mr. Will has done:

• Teach technology and research to elementary school students
• AI work for a top-10 app for payroll and HR at ADP
• He has overseen deployment of IBM Watson AI on dedicated cloud for a top 10 French Bank and a top US Telecommunications enterprise while overseeing cloud data for nearly 2000 databases
• He authored 10+ Patents :Three of them on a Blood Chemistry Analyzer that resulted in $3.3B Revenue
• He has worked on the AV-8B Harrier Jump Jet and F/A 18 Fighter
• He has worked on Video Games
• Past Certifications: Project Manager Professional (PMP),  Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and SAFe Agilist (SA).
• Founded and Hosted the popular PM Lessons Learned (formally at PMLessonsLearned.com but no longer) volunteer group for Project Managers around the globe.
