How do you motivate the team?
Someone recently asked me for information about information for motivating team members. So, here is a post with some links.

But, first my thoughts:

• Be a leader: be a pacesetter and show them by example
• Relate to the people you work with
• Let people know you care about them
• Build trust
• Make your goals clear
• Let people know that their work matters
