There are many available online.

• Ukulele Book of Christmas Music - 28 pages
• Tonya's Beginners Ukulele Songbook - (a few other files she has)
• "So, You Just Got Your First Ukulele" This is a book for beginners, but doesn't really have songs in it

Songbooks that have separate pages to download for each song

• Caposastomusic - sheet music with notes and chords for Uke (also guitar and other instruments)  
• Bytown Ukulele Songbook - a whole long list of songbooks to download, each book having lots of songs
