Technically you could include the Song of Songs in this list.

Here are a few others that were suggested by some folks:

(ESV) 1 John 4:8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the [children] of God" 1Jn3:4

(ESV) 1 John 4:16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
